Anyone with the dedication link can read its message. Keep private or sensitive details out of it. The recipient’s email is not public.

A Hot Zone is a limited-time event around a real MAPARCHY area. Its location profile brings together the boundary, countdown, prize and official rules.
Fixed or progressive prizes
A fixed event names its prize in advance. A progressive event builds its pool from a configured share of qualifying sales, excluding tax. The event profile shows the authoritative amount.
Which locations enter?
Only descendant locations with a qualifying completed purchase during the event enter the first draw. Older purchases alone do not enter a location. The Hot Zone root itself is excluded from its own draw, pool and royalties. A cart or reservation is not an entry.
Why ownership history matters
After a location enters, the second draw uses its qualifying naming history, including eligible generations from before the event. Purchase class and value contribute to configured weights. Later generations receive more weight, and the current owner receives an additional bonus. The public wheel uses MAPARCHY names, never customer names.
A draw worth watching
The first wheel reveals its result over approximately ten minutes, repeatedly cycling and slowing. If the selected location has only one qualifying generation, no second wheel is needed. Reloading resumes the same server-recorded draw; animation never chooses the winner.
Royalties for the zone owner
During the event, the current owner of the root may accrue a configured royalty on qualifying descendant sales after tax and the progressive contribution. Under the current royalty policy, legitimate allocations become owed earnings and do not expire merely because the event ends below a payout minimum. Current ownership determines future allocations; each event’s preserved financial snapshot governs its economics. Account Center distinguishes earnings availability from provider dispatch and bank delivery.
Cooldowns and extensions
A purchase within an active Hot Zone uses MAPARCHY’s generic Hot Zone cooldown captured at purchase. Ownership, the normal price progression and any separately purchased cooldown extension remain recorded. An eligible optional extension adds twelve calendar months to the calculated cooldown end.
Rules and eligibility
Read the event’s official rules before participating. Jurisdiction, age, identity and payout requirements are event-specific. Super Admin authorizes launch, with authoritative technical and financial integrity checks. Payment never guarantees a prize.
Is this an official rename?
No. Your name appears in MAPARCHY’s novelty experience. Official maps, civic records, boundaries and real property rights stay unchanged.
Can someone rename it later?
Yes. Current naming follows MAPARCHY’s purchase, cooldown and event rules. Check the offer for the chosen location. A later valid rename does not erase your earlier valid naming record or replace your issued keepsake.
What can I print?
The issued Executive Order is a digital Letter-size PDF you can download through your order. It is a personal novelty memento, not a legal certificate. Printing, a frame and physical shipping are not included.
What does the gift recipient receive?
A dedication page with your chosen name and message, plus the signed PDF sent by email after publication. You retain normal management of the location. This is not a gift card or an ownership transfer.
Does the place have to mean something already?
Not at all. Choose a familiar place or a simply available one. The name and dedication can create the connection.
Which places can I choose, and what does it cost?
Only eligible inventory in enabled marketplace territories is purchasable. Not everything visible on the world map is for sale. The map and cart show the current location price, applicable tax, class and availability before you commit.
Does a purchase include every profile or event benefit?
No. Profile features and cooldowns depend on the recorded purchase class. Hot Zones and hunts have their own timing, geography and eligibility requirements. Purchases never guarantee a prize or income.
Can I change my mind after buying?
Ordinary purchases are final under the current terms. Required payment corrections, reversals, chargebacks, duplicate-payment resolution and mandatory consumer remedies remain supported. Review your name and dedication carefully before signing.
